When looking for a hotel on a business trip what are the essentials one is seeking?
A wonderful hotel within the heart of the town, in probably the most throbbing and thriving part – the Bandra Kurla business district, a twenty minute drive from the airport, class and magnificence personified, an unbelievable place to conduct business, meetings and conferences as additionally to benefit from the thrilling nightlife of Mumbai – what other paraphernalia might one ask for? And when it’s a 5 star property called The Trident, do you really need to look any further?
My erstwhile office was right opposite The Trident and hence not only did I have a feel of the place, I had used their services on many occasions especially for conducting training programs and. My company did have a tie-up with many other hotels in the vicinity, but the Trident was my all time favourite especially because of its exceptional service. Not only have I experienced the hotel as a client who used their services professionally but I have also had the opportunity of staying there when I was attending a residential program myself. It was a wonderful stay.
The place is an absolute delight to stay in. Right from the stylish foyer, to the the high-quality eating places, the well known coffee shop, gymnasium, swimming pool, spa to the fantastically furnished rooms; everything about the place is near perfect. Something I haven’t seen very often in even the most luxurious accommodations I’ve stayed at.
The best part about my deluxe room were the french windows which an absolutely breathtaking views of the skyline of Mumbai city. the french windows also allowed a lot of natural light into the room and that really helped. The wooden floors added to the elegant touch. The room had all essentials one would think of in a stay such as this and the added perks were the ipod docking station and a well-stocked mini bar. The suites and the club rooms make the stay even more comfortable.
Despite being widely travelled I still crave for delicacies and Maya is my all-time favourite restaurant for mouth watering Indian cuisine. Botticino is a very well known restaurant for Italian meals and the Trident Patisserie ofcourse is extremely popular for the savouries one can relish and gorge upon there. O22 was our much loved hangout and we would be spotted there very often. O22 gets its title from Mumbai’s phone code and is very popular for the choice of wine on offer.
I made ensure I experienced my the Trident Spa. It is an absolute must-do item on the bucket list of all spa lovers and should definitely be checked off during a stay here.
Overall a fantastic place to be in and one will never regret choosing The Trident – Bandra as the chosen place of stay.
